How this site handles your data

Privacy

This site is run by one person. It carries no advertising, sells nothing and profiles nobody. It counts visits, in a way that sets no cookie and identifies no one, and it holds whatever you type into the contact form.

What the contact form collects

Your name, your email address, an optional subject and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is required beyond what the form shows. It is used to read your message and reply to it — nothing is sold, shared for marketing, or used to build a profile of you.

What is recorded automatically

When the form is submitted the site stores a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The hash cannot be turned back into an address; it exists so the same sender cannot flood the form. The user-agent helps tell a real message from an automated one.

Counting visits

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare adds at its edge rather than this site loading it. It records that a page was viewed — which page, roughly where in the world from, which kind of device and what referred you — and reports those as totals. It sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, and does not follow you between sites or build a profile of you. There is no way, from what it collects, to tell that two visits were the same person.

Cookies

One cookie remembers the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. Two more exist only for the owner signing in to the admin area; a visitor never receives them. That is the whole list — the visit counting above is cookieless and nobody else sets one here, which is why the site does not ask for cookie consent.

Who else can see it

The site runs on Railway, which hosts the application and its database. Cloudflare serves it, stores the uploaded files, and is the one counting visits. Email notifying the owner of a new message is delivered by Resend. Each of these handles the data only to run the site, under its own agreement, and none of them is given it for any other purpose.

How long it is kept

Your message is kept until you ask for it to be deleted, so a conversation can be picked up later. Ask and it is removed — there is no archive kept behind the scenes once it is gone.

Changes to this page

If what the site collects ever changes — adding analytics, for instance — this page is updated before the change goes live, and the date above changes with it.

Your rights

You can ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and you can object to it being held at all. Write to [email protected] and it will be handled. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
